A Secret Weapon?

Larry Tarpon Kluck has a son, Damon, who rides for the USPS Division I Professional Cycling Team. He also has a little cycling of his own to attend to this weekend. It is Larry, not Damon, who is entered in the 2004 edition of the Furnace Creek 508 bicycle race. Damon is on hand as well, as a member of his father's crew. Larry has a direct way of looking at you that gives a hint of the determination, the resolve needed to engage in such a pursuit.

Tarpon also has a secret weapon in the tricky battle to stay well-fed: salami. According to Tarpon, Ironman great Mike Pigg suggested the wonders of salami when liquid food substitutes are no longer appealing. Hope it works, Tarpon!
