Chris Kostman's 508/RAAM Quilt, made by Shelby Kostman

1998: Another great friend from my years with the 508 and RAAM is Steve Beaver Born. Here is his crew shirt from 1998, which is very reminiscent of the 1985 race shirt. Steve and I raced together in RAAM 1988 and he's been a top finisher at several 508s and RAAMs over the years. I have all of his RAAM shirts, but chose this one to represent him, and our friendship, on this quilt.
